Booking and Payment
- Payment Method: We accept payments via PayPal. All payments must be made in full at the time of booking.
- Confirmation: Upon receipt of your payment, we will send you a booking confirmation email with details of your tour.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation by Customer:
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 15 to 30 days before the tour date will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before the tour date are non-refundable.
- Cancellation by Bali Travel Host: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your tour, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Tour Modifications
- Customer Requests: If you need to make changes to your booking, please contact us at least 7 days before your tour date. We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but we cannot guarantee modifications.
- Unforeseen Circumstances: Bali Travel Host reserves the right to modify the tour itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, natural disasters, or other safety concerns). In such cases, we will provide alternatives or reschedule the tour.
Responsibilities and Liability
- Personal Responsibility: Guests are responsible for their own safety and belongings during the tour. Bali Travel Host is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during the tour.
- Health and Fitness: By booking a tour, you confirm that you are in good health and fit for the activities included in the tour. Please inform us of any medical conditions or dietary restrictions at the time of booking.
Behavior and Conduct
- Respect: Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards other guests, the tour guide, and local communities. Any inappropriate behavior may result in the termination of the tour without a refund.
- Compliance: Guests must comply with all local laws and regulations during the tour.
Miscellaneous
- Travel Insurance: We highly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering personal injury, medical expenses, and loss of personal belongings.
- Data Protection: Bali Travel Host will handle all personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
